Metal Slug

Metal Slug é um videogame arcade de 1996, originalmente desenvolvido pela Nazca Corporation e lançado pela SNK para o Neo Geo MVS. É a primeira parcela da série homônima. Ambientado em 2028, os jogadores assumem o papel dos soldados da Força de Ataque do Falcão Peregrino, Marco Rossi e Tarma Roving, em uma luta contra o Exército Rebelde liderado por Donald Morden e derrubam seu golpe de estado para evitar uma Nova Ordem Mundial.
